Lambda Plates

Plate Mix:

	880 g	Agar
	200 g	NaCl
	800 g	Bacto-Tryptone (Difco)

Place ingredients into a plastic tub and shake vigorously.

For 4 L of lambda plates, autoclave 94 g Plate Mix in 4L water.
