   This file contains the Trematode Mitochondrial translation
table, formatted for use with GCG programs.  
   The table names amino acids in both one and three-letter form 
and lists the codons which should translate into them. 
All GCG translation programs may generate their translations
from the unambiguous codons in this table.
   Codons which are all lower case are start codons.
