   This file contains the DROSOPHILA MITOCHONDRIAL GCG translation table. It 
names amino acids in both one and three-letter form and lists the codons which
should translate into them. All GCG translation programs may generate their 
translations from the unambiguous codons in this table.
   A program will automatically use this file if you copy it to your
working directory and rename it the default translation data file name,
translate.txt.  Or you can specify it on the command line with the parameter
/TRANSlate=genmoredata:transmitodros.txt (VMS) or 
-TRANSlate=genmoredata:transmitodros.txt (UNIX).  For more information on
specifying alternative data files, see Chapter 4, Using Data Files in the
User's Guide.
    To modify this file, follow the format described in the standard
translation table, translate.txt (see the Data Files manual). 
   This code differs from the standard code in the following codons:
