50X E Salts

1. Heat 1 L distilled water in a 4 liter beaker.

2. Dissolve completely, in indicated order:

	300 g	citric acid monohydrate (H₃C₆H₅O₇·H₂O) 
	14.1 g	MgSO₄ 
	1965 g	K₂HPO₄·3H₂O
	525 g	NaNH₄HPO₄·H₂O

3. Bring volume to 3 L. Place in 1 L bottles and cool.

50X NCE Salts (No Carbon)

1. Heal 1 L distilled water in a 4 liter beaker.

2. Dissolve completely, in indicated order:

	969 g	K₂HPO₄·3H₂O
	591 g	KH₂PO₄
	525 g	NaNH₄HPO₄·4H₂O

3. Bring volume to 3 L. Place in 1 L bottles and cool.

4. Remember to add MgSO4 to 5 mM before use.

20X NCN Salts (No Carbon, No Nitrogen)

1. Heal 500 mL distilled water in a 2 liter beaker.

2. Dissolve completely, in indicated order:

	60 g	KH₂PO₄
	182 g	K₂HPO₄*3H₂O

3. Bring volume to 1 L and cool.
