T2 Buffer


Jeff Lawrence (Z53)

1. Add, in order, to 2 L water: 
	15 g	K2SO4
	12 g	NaCl
	4.5 g	KH2PO4
	9 g	Na2HPO4
2. Add water to 3 L; autoclave in 100 mL aliquots for 20 minutes and allow to cool.

3. To each 100 mL bottle add the following: 
	0.1ml	1M MgSO4
	1 mL	.1% gelatin
	1 mL	.01M CaCl2
